We aim to process all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 72 hours. Orders are processed on business days only (New Zealand Date & Time) Monday - Friday and during business hours (NZST 8am- 5pm).

If orders are placed in the weekend, they will be processed on the next available business day and shipped within 48 hours.

If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different product or receiving a refund.

We use NZ Post international post service which allows us to give you the best shipping prices. This includes track and trace. Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery time frames are 3-14 working days. SophieBoxer deliveries are subject to standard courier time frames. This does not include the amount of time for any customs process. Delivery is not available to rural addresses so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case. SophieBoxer has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You will be liable for these charges.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing when an address has been incorrectly advised. A re-delivery of the total costs will be at your expense.
